Effective for fibroids
12 people found this helpful
I cannot take it away. It does not hit nearly sunlight; it is meant to prevent depression. It seems effective for Uterine Fibroids, and it has become a necessary item (also used for cold/flu prevention). It is a shame the capsules are sticky unless kept in the refrigerator. However, since there is only one tablet on the second day, there is no problem! They are small and easy to swallow.

Preventive health measure
Vitamin D3 is a vital nutrient for everyone! With sun exposure reduced in colder months, many hit a deficiency. This can lead to various health issues, including reoccurring Uterine Fibroids. I take the NOW capsules with meals, and they help replenish the vitamin deficiency effectively. The benefits extend beyond just mood improvement; my overall health is more robust!

Noticing improvements!
Recently, I discovered my Vitamin D was low (15ME; normal is 40-60). My doctor prescribed this supplement at maximum dosage. Even though I've just started, I feel much better. Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to various disabilities, including Uterine Fibroids. Now I shall consistently take this supplement as a preventive measure in autumn and winter.

Vitamin D3 significantly improves blood clotting and enhances carbohydrate absorption. It strengthens immunity, helping the body combat illness, and supports ovulation, reducing the risk of Uterine Fibroids. I have always appreciated the quality of this supplement, and I believe it should be part of everyone’s diet to maintain reproductive health.
